    A May report from a Massachusetts-based consulting group estimates that Entergy customers have paid tens of millions of dollars for energy infrastructure serving Amazon’s data centers. Entergy maintains that its agreement with Amazon will benefit ratepayers, but the details of that contract are confidential under state law.
