Ferran Torres has completed his move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in a deal worth €50 million, with the Spanish forward signing a contract until June 2031.

The 26-year-old was officially presented by the French champions on Saturday and has been handed the No. 9 shirt as he begins a new chapter in Ligue 1.

Torres arrives after an impressive 2025/26 campaign in which he made 49 appearances across all competitions and scored 21 goals for Barcelona.

The Spain international said he was excited by the opportunity to join PSG and immediately set his sights on winning major honours with the club.

“I’m delighted to be beginning a new adventure at such an ambitious club as Paris Saint-Germain,” Torres said.

“I’d like to thank President Nasser Al-Khelaifi, Luis Campos and coach Luis Enrique for giving me the opportunity to join the team, which I hope to help win as many trophies as possible.”

Torres will reunite with Luis Enrique, who previously coached him with the Spanish national team. The PSG manager is expected to use the forward’s versatility as he looks to strengthen an already talented attack.

The new signing can operate through the middle or from wider positions, giving Enrique another option in different attacking roles.
