    After a 12-year journey of service and stewardship, Mark Turner Jr. of Fort Washington, Maryland achieved the pinnacle of Boy Scouts of America with his Eagle Scout ranking, joining less than 6% of all Boy Scouts and fewer than 0.01% of African Americans in holding the honor.
