    ‎A Nigerian man who paid ₦4 million for a 3-bedroom flat has revealed the heartbreaking discovery he made 8 days later.

    ‎In a post on his X handle, @SirTochi28 shared that prior to making payment, he did research which included water, light, desirable location, and essential checks.

    Man Shares Heartbreaking Discovery

    ‎However, on the eighth day he discovered that whenever there was power supply, his apartment was bypassed.

    ‎Upon informing the agent, he was referred to the landlord who suggested topping up the meter.

    ‎Meanwhile, he discovered an unpaid electricity bill of over ₦500,000 and that until the debt is cleared, he would only access half of the unit he recharges on the meter.
