Irish alternative rapper KhakiKid returns with his latest single, “Rude,” a collaborative release featuring Kojaque and guest vocals from Kean Kavanagh. The track is lifted from KhakiKid’s upcoming five-track EP Girl Bites Dog, due for release on 17 April.

Produced by Brién alongside Kean Kavanagh, “Rude” brings together a trio of Ireland’s most compelling voices, resulting in a vibrant, feel-good track powered by playful lyricism and a palpable creative chemistry. The single is accompanied by a cinematic visual directed by award-winning filmmaker Robert Bass, which leans into the group’s natural rapport. Moving through a series of lively and often humorous scenes—from onstage performances and car rides to a surreal boxing ring moment where Kojaque jokingly puts KhakiKid in a chokehold—the video captures the energy and personality behind the collaboration.
