Positioned as a "nodal point of connection" by Executive Director Emi Eu, the initiative moves beyond the traditional art fair model to create an intimate, dialogue-driven environment for collectors and enthusiasts. The Print Show serves as the program's visual anchor, presenting a curated selection of works that highlight the technical and conceptual breadth of the medium. The exhibition features heavyweights like Jeff Koons, David Hockney, and Yayoi Kusama alongside regional voices such as Dinh Q. Lê and Kim Lim. Rather than a standard survey, the show is designed as a series of "exhibitions within exhibitions," fostering organic exchanges between works from celebrated publishers like Two Palms, Crown Point Press, and STPI’s own Creative Workshop.Running in tandem is the symposium, The Politics of Print: elephant in the room. Curated by Stephanie Bailey, the two-day gathering at 72-13 brings together 25 influential speakers, including artist Michael Craig-Martin and curator Pinaree Sanpitak. The panels will tackle the medium's evolving role, ranging from its historical roots in political activism to its modern intersection with NFTs and digital reproduction. The Print Show is open to the public from January 22 to 31 at STPI’s Robertson Quay gallery, with free admission. The Symposium runs from January 23 to January 24, with tickets available online.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
