Notably, Phil Collins, Wu-Tang Clan, and Luther Vandross are entering the Hall of Fame following their very first nominations this year. While Phil Collins previously entered the Hall of Fame as a member of Genesis in 2010, this marks his first induction as a solo artist.Beyond the main performer category, the institution is also recognizing artists for their broader industry contributions. The Early Influence Award will be given to Celia Cruz, Fela Kuti, Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, and Gram Parsons.
