Roland Martin says the economic damage hitting Black America is not coming someday. It is already happening. He warns that Black jobs, Black contracts, Black wealth and Black opportunity are being choked off right now. He points to Black executives, general counsels, DEI officers and other professionals losing major jobs and struggling to find comparable work. He also says Black communities are being cut off from contracts and opportunities that helped create mobility and stability. Roland rejects the idea that a visible layer of Black affluence tells the full story. He says a small number of Black people may be doing very well, but that reality is being used to obscure the damage most of the community is facing. His warning is direct: what looks like isolated economic pain is actually part of a larger effort to defund Black America. He ties that warning to Project 2025 and says the agenda is already being executed. Roland says the attack is not theoretical, not delayed, and not exaggerated. He argues that Black America is watching an economic calamity unfold in real time as opportunities are cut off and institutions are weakened. Roland also frames the stakes historically. He calls this Jim Crow 2.0 and says Black people need to understand the seriousness of the moment. He points back to the destruction of Black progress after Reconstruction and argues that this generation now faces its own gut check. His message is blunt: voting matters, Black economic solidarity matters, and if Black America does not respond with urgency, the damage will keep spreading. #RolandMartinUnfiltered #BlackStarNetwork #BlackAmerica #Project2025 #BlackWealth #JimCrow20 #EconomicJustice Black Star Network Partner: Chapter Chapter and its affiliates are not connected with or endorsed by any government entity or the federal Medicare program.
