    A new study has found that an anti-inflammatory diet may reduce the risk of dementia, even among those with higher biological risk, and can be achieved by eating more fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes and whole grains and fewer sugar-sweetened beverages, ultraprocessed foods and red meats.
