    Former Penn State football player Julian Fleming has been sentenced to jail following an ATV crash that killed his girlfriend, Alyssa Boyd. Fleming was sentenced after being convicted of driving under the influence and involuntary manslaughter in connection with the fatal crash. The former college football player will serve between nine and 23 months in jail and also be placed on probation for 6 months after his release. On May 23, Fleming crashed the ATV in Columbia Township, Pennsylvania. Neither Fleming nor his girlfriend was wearing safety equipment.
