    Attorney Rodney K. Strong is widely considered one of the nation's foremost experts in the area of procurement disparity research and supplier diversity program development. Dating back to his Morehouse College days, where he volunteered on the campaigns of Atlanta’s first Black Mayor, Maynard Jackson and Ambassador Andrew Young, he spent several years as the City of Atlanta’s Director of Contract Compliance, making sure there was equity for Black business owners. For 40 years and counting, Attorney Strong continues his work fighting for economic inclusion, as Black businesses are being shut out of major government contracts due to changing policies restricting diversity, equity and inclusion. We will speak with him on ways his law firm, Griffin & Strong, PC, is helping minority business owners navigate this shifting federal landscape.
