    DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has officially shut down speculation regarding the production timeline of Matt Reeves’ upcoming Gotham sequels. Gunn clarified during a Threads Q&A session that The Batman: Part II will not be filmed back-to-back with The Batman: Part III.Responding directly to a fan inquiry asking if the two sequels were filming simultaneously, Gunn offered a concise denial. The update comes as director Matt Reeves continues pre-production work at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK. Reeves recently shared social media previews featuring camera test shots of Robert Pattinson in costume alongside the Batmobile set against a snowy winter backdrop.Gunn previously disclosed that the script for The Batman: Part II was finalized last July following prior delays. Principal photography on the feature is slated to commence in the spring, following updates shared in a Warner Bros.
