    A Los Angeles Superior Court judge allowed the criminal case against Councilmember Curren Price to move forward Friday but openly questioned its strength, calling it “not a great case.” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler denied a defense motion seeking to dismiss the case.
