Nigerian singer Victony has reflected on his music journey, revealing that fellow rapper Falz gave him his first major opportunity in the industry without charging him.

Speaking in a recent interview, Victony said Falz’s support played a significant role in the early stages of his career.

The singer also disclosed that music became a source of strength during his recovery following his accident, helping him cope through one of the most difficult periods of his life.

According to Victony, there were moments when he considered giving up on music, particularly after his management team parted ways with him.

He further acknowledged that his family has often complained that he no longer spends enough time with them because of his demanding music career.

However, he said he is making a conscious effort to improve that balance while continuing to pursue his passion.

    His words …

“Falz gave me my first opportunity in music, he did it for FREE, music was what kept me going during my recovery phase during my accident, there was times I felt like giving up on music after my management left & my family always complain that I’m no more close to them cuz of how busy I am with music but I’m working on that”
