Summary:Louis Vuitton unveiled new iterations of the Escale, Tambour Convergence and the legendary Camionnette at LVMH Watch Week 2026This includes the introduction of four new in-house calibers that prioritize high-complication with functional eleganceLouis Vuitton’s presence at LVMH Watch Week 2026 marks a significant deepening of the Maison's horological journey, where the romantic "Art of Travel" converges with the technical mastery of La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton. Under the direction of Jean Arnault, the Maison has transitioned into a full-fledged Manufacture, introducing four new in-house calibers that prioritize both high-complication and functional elegance. From the relaunch of historical icons in precious platinum to whimsical table clocks shaped like vintage delivery vans, the 2026 lineup celebrates a decade of innovation at the Meyrin manufacture.Escale Worldtime & Twin ZoneThe Escale collection embarks on a new chapter of high complication, led by the return of the emblematic Escale Worldtime. This icon of discovery is now elevated to a new craftsmanship standard, featuring a platinum case for the first time and a dial ring adorned with 24 hand-painted city flags. Each flag is a week-long labor of love, requiring 35 colors applied with a fine-tipped brush at La Fabrique des Arts. For those seeking the ultimate celestial motion, the Escale Flying Tourbillon version replaces miniature painting with vibrant Grand Feu enamel and a star-shaped Monogram flower tourbillon at its center. Both models are powered by new in-house calibers - the self-winding LFT VO 12.01 and LFT VO 05.01 - featuring 62-hour power reserves and 18k rose gold oscillating weights.Further expanding the traveler's toolkit is the Escale Twin Zone, a complication that solves the long-standing challenge of non-standard 30- and 45-minute offset time zones. The watch features an architecture where four hands are mounted on a single axis, allowing local and home time to be adjusted with to-the-minute precision entirely via the crown. The rose gold model features a silvery sunburst globe dial engraved with meridians and parallels, while a high-jewelry platinum edition evokes a starry night through a deep blue aventurine dial set with over 300 baguette-cut diamonds. Both house the in-house caliber LFT VO 15.01 with a 68-hour power reserve.Escale Minute RepeaterThe Escale Minute Repeater brings a new emotional register to the collection, translating the passage of time into a crystalline chime. This masterpiece of auditory and visual harmony features a hand-guilloché dial created on a traditional rose engine, with a "flammé" pattern that radiates from the center to catch and reflect light. To maintain the elegant silhouette of the Escale case, the activation slide for the chime is ingeniously integrated into the design of the lugs, making the act of striking the time feel like a private experience for the wearer.Comprising 432 components and offering an 80-hour power reserve, this reference is powered by the caliber LFT SO 13.01, a manual-winding movement developed by Michel Navas and Enrico Barbasini, drawing on their storied heritage with the legendary Gérald Genta. The movement achieves a rare horological feat by synchronizing jumping hours at six o'clock with a retrograde minute hand and the striking mechanism.Escale Tiger EyeThe Escale Tiger’s Eye is a luminous union of mineral and metal, limited to just 30 pieces. For the first time in the collection’s history, the Maison has utilized yellow gold for the bezel, lugs and crown, creating a warm glow that amplifies the golden-brown chatoyancy of the stone. The 40mm case is a masterpiece of material mastery, featuring a monolithic ring of tiger's eye sculpted to microscopic tolerances despite the stone’s fibrous and delicate nature. The dial is a matching slice of stone, carefully selected to ensure chromatic harmony and a shimmer that recalls a savannah sunset.Beneath the amber radiance of the dial sits the chronometer-certified LFT023 caliber, visible through a sapphire caseback. This movement features 147 components, a high-inertia 22k rose-gold micro-rotor and a 50-hour power reserve. The aesthetic journey is completed by a Savannah brown saffiano leather strap, whose fine grain echoes the linear structure of the mineral within.Tambour Convergence GuillochéExactly one year after the collection's debut, the Tambour Convergence Guilloché celebrates the sensory art of traditional hand-turned engraving. Entirely produced in Geneva, the rose gold timepiece features a 37mm case adorned with a rippling halo of concentric waves. The center of the watch is a dynamic landscape of undulating rays emanating from a scalloped guichet, intended to evoke sunlight piercing through the gilded edges of clouds. This depth is achieved by engraving the rose gold nearly three times deeper than conventional dials to ensure the lines remain sharp after final polishing. The artisans at La Fabrique des Arts utilized two distinct antique lathes for this piece: a rose engine from 1850 for the perimeter waves and a straight-line engine from 1935 for the central rays. It takes approximately 16 hours of high-performance focus to complete a single plate. Beating at its heart is the LFT MA01.01 movement, the first self-winding manufacture movement designed fully by the Maison, which provides a 45-hour power reserve and features contemporary transparent jewels. The Legendary CamionnetteLouis Vuitton blazes new pathways into the imagination with the Legendary Camionnette, a horological object inspired by the Maison's early 20th-century delivery trucks. Crafted from lightweight aluminum in iconic saffron and sibylline blue, the clock features a hood graced with a Monogram flower and a radiator shimmering with a flamed blue LV logo. In a whimsical meeting of worlds, the balance wheel - the mechanical heart of the piece - sits in the driver's cabin, while the time is displayed via two rotating cylinders under the hood where the engine would normally reside.Developed in collaboration with L'Epée 1839, the mechanical manual-winding movement boasts an impressive 8-day power reserve. A precious version, limited to 15 pieces, elevates the design into a jewelry masterpiece, featuring a 0.5-carat LV Monogram Star Cut diamond on the hood and a radiator grill entirely snow-set with diamonds. This gilded metal version also showcases a hand-guilloché Damier pattern on the sides, requiring fifteen hours of labor by the artisans of La Fabrique du Temps.Click here to view full gallery at Hypebeast
